No. Powder Edition partnerships are non-exclusive. You remain free to list elsewhere, take direct bookings, and manage your own distribution.

Who approves the listing content?

You do. Listing content is partner-owned and partner-approved, including photos, copy, rates, inclusions, policies, and service details. Requested edits or removal are honoured within 24 hours.

How do pricing and availability work?

Pricing and availability remain partner-set. We support multi-currency pricing and can work from current weekly rates, seasonal rates, minimum-stay rules, live calendars, or manual updates. We never undercut your direct rates.

Who handles guest communication?

Powder Edition can handle the initial guest communication, confirm the brief, and check key details such as rates, availability, and fit with you where needed. We then hand the enquiry over for your consideration and work with you to help convert the right client.
