By accessing or using the Powder Edition website and services ("Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Platform.

3. Description of Service

Powder Edition operates an online marketplace that connects travellers with luxury ski chalet owners and property managers. We display property listings, facilitate enquiries, and provide search and discovery tools. Powder Edition does not own, manage, or control the properties listed on the Platform.

4. User Accounts

You may create an account to save favourites, manage enquiries, and access personalised features. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use automated tools, scrapers, or bots to access or collect data from the Platform without our prior written consent
• Reproduce, republish, or redistribute property listings, images, or other Platform content for commercial purposes
• Impersonate any person or entity, or misrepresent your affiliation with any person or entity
• Interfere with or disrupt the Platform, its servers, or connected networks
• Use the Platform for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws or regulations

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to the Platform for any user who breaches these conditions.

6. Property Listings

Property information, including pricing, availability, amenities, and images, is provided by property owners and managers. While we strive for accuracy, Powder Edition does not guarantee the completeness or accuracy of listing content. We encourage users to verify details directly with the property provider before booking.

7. Accommodation and Imagery

Photographs, descriptions, and amenity information displayed on the Platform are illustrative and provided for general guidance only. Actual properties may differ from their representations due to refurbishment, seasonal changes, or updates by the owner or manager. Some property descriptions may be generated or enhanced using automated tools based on available data. We make reasonable efforts to keep listings current, but we are not liable for any discrepancies between the information displayed and the actual property. You should confirm all material details directly with the property provider before making a booking.

8. Bookings and Payments

Powder Edition acts as a booking agent. Depending on the operator, payments may be collected by Powder Edition on behalf of the operator, or processed directly by the property owner or hotel. Your rental agreement is always with the property operator, not with Powder Edition. We will confirm the specific payment arrangement with you before any payment is taken. Powder Edition is not responsible for disputes arising from bookings.

9. Insurance

We strongly recommend that you obtain appropriate travel, cancellation, and winter sports insurance before booking any property found through the Platform. Powder Edition is not a member of ABTA or ATOL and does not provide financial protection for any bookings or travel arrangements made through property owners or managers.

10. Intellectual Property

All content on the Platform — including text, graphics, logos, icons, images, and software — is the property of Powder Edition or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without prior written consent.

11. Third-Party Links

The Platform may contain links to websites operated by third parties, including property managers, booking platforms, and resort information providers. These links are provided for your convenience only. We have no control over, and accept no responsibility for, the content, privacy practices, or availability of third-party websites.

12. Privacy

We process personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms. By using the Platform, you consent to such processing and confirm that all data you provide is accurate.

13. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Powder Edition shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Platform. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you, if any, for accessing the Platform.

14. General

• If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable by a court, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
• No person other than you and Edition Ventures Ltd shall have any rights under these Terms by virtue of the Contracts (Rights of Third Parties) Act 1999.
• These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Edition Ventures Ltd in relation to your use of the Platform.
• A failure or delay by us in enforcing any right under these Terms shall not be treated as a waiver of that right.

16. Governing Law

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
