About the property
Chalet Ambre is a 225m² luxury chalet in a quiet enclave of Tignes Le Lac, sleeping eight to eleven guests in four en-suite bedrooms. The lower sleeping level has two twin/double bedrooms with terrace access and a family suite comprising a twin/double bedroom and a separate bunk room for two. The top-floor master suite has floor-to-ceiling French windows, a private balcony and an additional single bed.
The middle floor centres on a bright open-plan living and dining space overlooking the Tovière mountain. A large L-shaped sofa sits beside the open log fireplace, while a sound system, Internet TV and retractable projector provide the evening entertainment. Outside, the private hot tub and south-facing terraces look across the surrounding peaks. A ski room with boot warmers supports easy starts each morning.
The Almes piste is approximately 40 metres away: guests can ski back to the chalet in suitable snow conditions, while reaching the piste on foot takes less than a minute. Finished in 2014, the chalet uses geothermal technology for its heating and hot water. Chalet Ambre can also be booked with neighbouring Chalet Opale to accommodate up to 21 guests.

Chalet Ambre is on Rue des Almes in the quiet Les Almes enclave of Tignes Le Lac. The Almes piste is approximately 40 metres away: guests can ski back to the chalet in suitable snow conditions, and the piste is less than a minute away on foot. The main snow front, Palafour chairlift, Tovière gondola, ski-school meeting points and the village's principal restaurants, bars and shops are around a six-to-eight-minute walk away.
