About the property
As de Coeur is a 220 m² chalet in the Mas Metout area of Morzine, sleeping 14 guests across six bedrooms, five of them en-suite. The Super Morzine lift and the Super Morzine piste are both about 650 metres away, the village centre is about 500 metres away, and the ski school is about 1300 metres from the door.
The ground floor holds a laundry room, dressing room, lobby and garage. Five bedrooms are arranged on Floor 1, each with its own terrace or balcony access nearby. The main living space is on Floor 2, with a living room, dining room and open-plan fitted kitchen, plus a balcony and terrace. A sixth bedroom and a games room sit on the mezzanine above.
This is a self-catered chalet. End of stay cleaning is included, except for the kitchen, along with household and bath linen, bathroom products and beds made up before arrival.
