Chalet Aspen is a 350 m² breakfast-serviced chalet in the Chenus district of Courchevel 1850, sleeping 12 guests in six en-suite double bedrooms. Four levels are connected by a private elevator. The lower floor contains an indoor jacuzzi, hammam, sauna and home cinema, together with the ski room and laundry. Four double bedrooms occupy the ground floor. Floor 1 has a living room and two further double bedrooms, including the master suite, while Floor 2 contains the dining room, open kitchen, balcony and office. The main living space is arranged around a central wood fireplace, with panoramic views toward the Aiguille du Mey, Vanoise Glacier and Grande Casse. Breakfast service includes a chef for three hours per day, while a housekeeper provides five hours of daily maintenance and cleaning. Food and beverages are charged separately. The nearest piste is 80 metres away; the resort centre is 650 metres away, and the lift and ski school are 750 metres away.

The lobby and one additional separate toilet are also on this floor. Floor 1 contains the living room and two bedrooms. The double bedroom has a 160 × 190 cm bed, terrace and en-suite shower room. The master bedroom has a 180 × 200 cm bed, dressing area, balcony, safe and en-suite bathroom with a whirlpool bath, shower with body jets and independent toilet. One additional separate toilet is also on this floor. Floor 2 contains the dining room, open kitchen, balcony and office.
