Level 2 contains the open kitchen, dining area, double-height living room with fireplace, television lounge, balcony, southwest-facing terrace and one separate toilet. Level 3 has the master bedroom with a 180 × 200 cm bed, balcony and en-suite bathroom, plus a mezzanine overlooking the living room.
