About the property
Chalet Valambrun is a four-level chalet in Les Gets, sleeping 10 to 15 guests in five main bedrooms and an additional bunk room. Four main bedrooms can be arranged with super-king or twin beds. Room 4 is a fixed double and forms a family suite with adjoining triple bunk beds, while the separate bunk room sleeps two more guests. The five main bedrooms have en-suite shower facilities.
The basement contains the 14-seat cinema and yoga or fitness studio. The ground floor is devoted to the indoor pool, steam hammam, outdoor cedar hot tub and ski and boot room. On the first floor, the master bedroom has a dressing room, its own stove and a glass floor overlooking the pool; the open-plan kitchen, dining room and lounge gather around an open fire and open to terraces and balconies. The remaining four main bedrooms and additional bunk room are on the second floor.
Winter stays are catered and summer stays are self-catered. The whole-chalet prices are based on 10 guests, with larger groups priced on request. The main Chavannes lift is a 700-metre walk away, while winter stays include a private chauffeur service. The indoor pool is heated in winter; summer heating is available for a surcharge.
The Layout
Arranged across four levels. The basement contains the 14-seat cinema, yoga and fitness studio, storage and technical room. The ground floor contains the entrance, secure ski and boot room, utility and storage rooms, indoor swimming pool, steam hammam, poolside seating and outdoor cedar hot tub. The first floor contains the open-plan kitchen, dining and living space with open fire, balconies and terraces, plus Room 1 with super-king or twin beds, a stove, dressing room, en-suite shower and glass floor overlooking the pool. The second floor contains Rooms 2, 3 and 5 with super-king or twin beds; Room 4 with a fixed double and adjoining triple bunk beds; and a separate two-person bunk room. Rooms 2 to 5 have en-suite shower facilities.
