The Resort
Down below, the terrain steepens, offering challenging descents back to the village. The resort is renowned globally for its vast freestyle park, Freestyle Land, and its dramatic 2,300m vertical drop, which allows for one of the longest continuous descents in the world without taking a single lift.
The bustling town sits at 1,650m along a vibrant 2km strip, packed with lively après-ski venues, excellent restaurants, and accommodation to suit all budgets. For extreme enthusiasts, the legendary off-piste mecca of La Grave can be accessed via a snowcat link from the top of the glacier.
On the Mountain
Les Deux Alpes offers an 'upside-down' terrain layout where the highest glacier slopes provide gentle cruising, while the lower slopes offer steep, challenging runs. Freeriders and freestyle skiers are heavily catered to with massive off-piste zones and a world-class snowpark.
