The Resort
Skiers and snowboarders are drawn to Westendorf not only for its local sunny slopes but also for its strategic position. It serves as a vital link between the SkiWelt and the renowned Kitzbühel ski area via the Ki-West gondola, offering ambitious skiers virtually endless terrain. The local Westendorf mountain, the Choralpe, provides some of the steepest and most varied terrain in the SkiWelt.
Beyond skiing, Westendorf is famous for its vibrant yet friendly après-ski scene, excellent mountain huts, and extensive winter walking trails. It perfectly balances the amenities of a world-class ski destination with the warmth of a traditional Austrian alpine community.
