Chalet Écliptique is a contemporary five-bedroom chalet on the sunny hillside above Morzine. Five queen or double beds sleep ten guests, while two full-size single bunks above the double bed in Bedroom 2 can accommodate two additional guests. Winter stays are normally hosted, with a self-catered option available on request; summer stays are self-catered. The top level is built around a lounge with picture windows, cathedral timber ceilings and a wood-burning fireplace. A few steps below, the dining area opens onto a sunny terrace, while the kitchen has Gaggenau appliances and a built-in wine display cabinet holding up to 180 bottles. The middle level contains three bedrooms and a games room with a pool table, bar and TV. Outside, terraced decks lead past a ten-seat hot tub and firepit to a large south-facing lawn. The lower level contains two further bedrooms, a cinema room with a starlit ceiling, a glass-walled gym with Peloton equipment, a hammam and a laundry area. A glass lift connects the levels. Practical facilities include a boot and bike room with boot dryers and a dog-wash area, a covered carport for two vehicles and space for two more vehicles in front of the chalet.
