Chalet 46° is a converted three-level farmhouse in Morzine, sleeping 10 guests in five en-suite bedrooms with four additional beds available at extra cost. The top floor brings together the open-plan kitchen, dining and living areas around a wood-burning stove, with views towards the Pointe de Nyon and Pléney slopes. The middle floor contains all five bedrooms and a sunny snug opening onto the south-facing garden and deck. Outside, the hot tub, firepit, bar, pizza oven and barbecue dining area create a dedicated entertaining space. The ground floor contains a sauna, spa treatment room, cinema and a ski and boot room with heated boot and glove racks. Winter stays are catered with a private chef, hosts, daily housekeeping and a 24-hour resort driver. Summer stays are self-catered with a welcome pack and resort management. The Pléney lift is a 14-minute walk away, central Morzine is within 10 minutes on foot, and the Pléney and Super Morzine lifts are around three minutes away by car.
