About the property
The Bungo sleeps 14 guests in six flexible king-or-twin bedrooms, with two additional places available on a sofa bed in the cinema room. Four bedrooms are en suite, while two share a family bathroom.
In winter, the chalet is catered with a private chef five days a week, daily breakfast and afternoon tea, four-course dinners on five nights, daily hosting and housekeeping, and a 24-hour driver service around Morzine and Les Gets. Summer stays are self-catered, with concierge support, linen and towels, and a welcome pack.
The garden has a heated 7x3m swimming pool, hot tub, outdoor kitchen with barbecue and pizza oven, sunken fire pit and children's play area. Inside are a bar, home cinema, private gym and ski room with boot warmers. A garage, 7kW EV charger, bike storage, bike wash and private parking for four cars complete the practical facilities.
The Layout
The chalet spans three residential levels plus a separate garage and gym area. The entrance level contains the kitchen, dining room, lounge, guest WC and garden access. The lower level has bedrooms 5 and 6 with en-suite bathrooms, alongside the bar, cinema, terrace, pool and hot tub. The top floor has bedrooms 1 to 4: bedrooms 1 and 2 are en suite, while bedrooms 3 and 4 share a family bathroom. The garage area includes parking, bike storage, a ski and boot room, EV charging and the gym with its own shower and WC.

The chalet has a peaceful Morzine setting, an easy, flat 15 to 20-minute walk from the centre and ski lifts. A free bus stops at the end of the driveway. In winter, a 24-hour on-call driver service is included for journeys around Morzine and Les Gets. Airport transfers are available at extra cost.
