Chalet Joy is a four-bedroom duplex penthouse apartment on Route des Nants in Morzine, sleeping 10 guests in its four bedrooms with space for two more on sofa beds in the cinema room. The Retour des Nants blue piste runs behind the building; off-piste ski-in/ski-out access is possible within 20 metres when snowfall and skiing ability allow, with the nearest piste around 100 metres away. The centre of Morzine is approximately a 15-minute downhill walk or two-minute drive. The upper level opens into a vaulted living, dining and kitchen space with floor-to-ceiling windows, a wood-burning stove, Sonos sound system and dining table for 12. Two balconies provide mountain and village views, including a balcony with an outdoor hot tub. The master suite has a king bed, two balconies and an en-suite bathroom with a freestanding bath and shower. Two additional king bedrooms can be split into twin beds, while the lower-level family room combines a king or twin bed with a bunk bed for four guests. A cinema room with PlayStation 5 and two sofa beds provides both entertainment and extra sleeping space. A private boot room, laundry area and lockable underground garage for one car with EV charging complete the apartment.
