Le Tournesol is a single-level, four-bedroom apartment on Route des Nants in Morzine, sleeping eight guests. Its open-plan kitchen, dining and living area opens onto a west-facing terrace with an outdoor hot tub, while a smaller east-facing terrace looks across Morzine towards Avoriaz. Three bedrooms have bath or shower rooms: a super king that can be split into twins has an en-suite bathroom with a bath and shower; two king bedrooms can also be configured as twins, one with a Jack-and-Jill shower room and one with an en-suite shower room. The fourth bedroom has two single beds arranged as bunks, with a separate WC next door. The Retour de Nants blue run passes close to the building. Off-piste ski-in/ski-out access is possible within 20 metres by crossing a small sloping field when snowfall and skiing ability permit, and the nearest piste is around 100 metres away. Morzine's bars and restaurants are approximately a 15-minute walk or two-minute drive away. A lockable underground garage for one car, a private boot room with heated boot dryers and a laundry area complete the apartment. An optional 24-hour resort driver service is available in winter at extra cost.
