The apartment is on Route des Nants within the Les Terrasses des Nants building. Morzine's bars and restaurants are approximately a 15-minute downhill walk or two-minute drive away. The Retour de Nants blue run passes close to the building; off-piste ski-in/ski-out access is possible within 20 metres by crossing a small sloping field when snowfall and skiing ability permit, and the nearest piste is around 100 metres away. The FYS and Telesiege du Pre Favre chairlifts are nearby, while the Pleney and Super Morzine gondolas can be reached from the centre. An optional 24-hour resort driver service is available in winter at extra cost.
