A self-catered four-bedroom chalet for eight guests, with an outdoor hot tub and a 10-minute walk to the Super Morzine lift.
Level one contains the entrance hall, a bunk room sleeping two guests, a separate shower room with WC, garage access, and a boot room. Level two contains three bedrooms: two super king or twin rooms with en-suite shower rooms, and one king or twin room with a separate shower room next door. Level three contains the open-plan kitchen, dining and living area with a fireplace, plus balcony access and a decked terrace with the outdoor hot tub.

Vaulted timber ceilings, a suspended fireplace and mountain views frame the open-plan lounge, dining area and kitchen.

An outdoor hot tub sits on the decked terrace beside the chalet's top-floor living space.

A two-person bunk room on the entrance level gives younger guests their own sleeping space.

The chalet is on the road between Morzine and Montriond. The Super Morzine lift and central Morzine are around 10 minutes away on foot, while Montriond's restaurants and shop are around nine minutes away. A free bus stops a short walk from the chalet and serves the ski lifts, Morzine and Lac Montriond until around 18:00 in winter; the summer service is more limited and runs at peak times. A 24-hour winter resort driver service can be added at extra cost.
