Arranged over an entrance level and an upper bedroom level. The entrance level contains the open-plan living, dining and kitchen area, the wood-burning fireplace, balcony access, a separate laundry room, ski and boot storage, and a separate WC; stairs lead down to the outdoor deck and hot tub. Upstairs are the king-sized master bedroom with an en-suite bathroom and two flexible double/twin bedrooms with en-suite shower rooms.

Exposed timber and floor-to-ceiling glazing give the former horse stable a distinctive contemporary character.

The balcony opens from the living area, pairing valley views with the central wood-burning fireplace.

All three upper-level bedrooms are en-suite, and the master bathroom adds a freestanding bath beneath exposed timber.

The chalet is positioned on the outskirts of Morzine between the town centre and Montriond. The Super Morzine lift is around ten minutes away on foot, central Morzine is approximately 10 to 15 minutes away depending on the route, and Montriond's restaurants and shop are about nine minutes away. In winter, a free bus stops a few minutes from the door and runs to the ski lifts from approximately 08:15 to 18:00. A more limited bus service operates during peak summer periods, and an on-call winter resort driver can be added at extra cost.
