Chalet Aubois sits at the beginning of the Vallée de la Manche on the quieter edge of Morzine. The Nyon lift is around one to two minutes away by car or approximately 12 minutes on foot. Morzine centre is around two minutes by car or 10–15 minutes on foot; the nearest bars and restaurants are approximately 12 minutes away on foot, and the Super Morzine and Pléney lifts around 20 minutes. Two frequent, free winter bus services pass on the road below the chalet and connect with the village and ski lifts.
