Four Twenty L'Elé is a five-bedroom self-catered chalet in Morzine, sleeping 10 guests in bedrooms with space for two more on a ground-floor sofa bed. Converted from a traditional horse stable, it combines exposed timber, floor-to-ceiling windows and valley views.
The main living level brings together an open-plan kitchen, dining area and lounge around a wood-burning stove, with doors opening to a sunny balcony. A connected lower apartment adds a second kitchen, dining area and living room with another stove, giving two families or a multi-generational group room to spread out.
Outside, the garden has a hot tub overlooking the valley. All five bedrooms are en-suite, four can be configured as doubles or twins, and practical features include laundry facilities, private parking for four cars, and ski and boot storage with heated racks.
The Layout
The ground floor contains a second living room with a wood-burning stove and television, an open-plan dining area, a second kitchen, a large balcony, and Bedrooms 4 and 5, both with en-suite shower rooms. Its lounge sofa bed can sleep two additional guests. The main level contains the primary open-plan kitchen, dining and living area, the central wood-burning stove, laundry room, separate WC, balcony access, and ski and boot storage; an outdoor staircase leads to the garden hot tub. The top floor contains the king-sized master suite with a freestanding bath and separate shower, plus Bedrooms 2 and 3, which can each be arranged as a double or twins and have en-suite shower rooms.

Location
The chalet is between Morzine and Montriond. The Super Morzine lift and Morzine centre are around 10 minutes on foot, while Montriond's restaurants and shop are around nine minutes away. A free bus stops a few minutes' walk from the chalet and serves the ski lifts from approximately 08:15 to 18:00 in winter; the summer service is more limited and runs at peak times. An alternative walk into Morzine follows the valley and crosses the suspension bridge in approximately 15 minutes.
