Apartment Rendl occupies the ground floor of Chalet Fabiola, a traditional alpine building positioned 250 metres from the Zammermoos piste in St Anton am Arlberg. The 150m² apartment accommodates six guests across three king-sized bedrooms, each with its own en suite bathroom finished in local stone. Throughout the apartment, floor-to-ceiling timber panelling sets a distinctly alpine tone, balanced by contemporary furnishings — including blue velvet armchairs and a statement oval dining table. The open-plan living area centres on a modern electric fireplace, flowing into a fully equipped kitchen. Two outdoor patios extend the living space, and underground parking is available on site. Guests benefit from shared facilities within Chalet Fabiola, including a wellness area with sauna. Daily housekeeping, breakfast, and a private chef are included as standard, removing the need for self-catering entirely. The resort centre is a 25-minute walk, while Innsbruck airport is approximately one hour fifteen minutes by road — a practical entry point for most European travellers.

Chalet Fabiola sits directly below the Zammermoos blue piste, around 250 metres from the snow and five minutes on foot. From the bottom of the run, the main lift hub connects to the Galzigbahn, Gampenbahn, and Rendlbahn — giving access to St Anton's extensive ski area from the outset of each day. The Mooserwirt and Krazy Kanguruh après-ski bars are within easy walking distance along the piste edge. The resort centre, with its shops, restaurants, and bars, is roughly 25 minutes on foot; the concierge can arrange taxis if preferred. For travel, Innsbruck airport is around one hour fifteen minutes away, Friedrichshafen approximately one hour thirty minutes, and Zurich two hours thirty minutes.
