Cesa del Louf Maso sits on an elevated hillside above Arabba, with the village centre approximately 700 metres away — a 15-minute downhill walk or a quick drive. The Burz lift, serving beginner and intermediate terrain as well as entry points to the Sella Ronda and Great War circuits, is around four minutes by car. The main lift hub, which connects to the Marmolada glacier and the broader Dolomiti Superski area, lies a little further through the village. For those who prefer to skip the road entirely, the property's private ski lift and off-piste access allow confident skiers to reach the ski area directly. Arabba's bars and restaurants are easily reached on foot for evenings off the mountain.

Unlike some of its more glitzy neighbors, Arabba prioritizes serious skiing, offering some of the most challenging and snow-sure pistes in the Sella Ronda circuit. Its north-facing slopes on Porta Vescovo are famous for their steep, exhilarating reds and blacks that hold excellent snow throughout the entire season. Directly connected to the Marmolada glacier—the highest peak in the Dolomites at 3,269m—Arabba gives skiers access to breathtaking long descents, including the famous 12km 'La Bellunese' run.
