Cesa del Louf Maso sits on an elevated hillside above Arabba, with the village centre approximately 700 metres away — a 15-minute downhill walk or a quick drive. The Burz lift, serving beginner and intermediate terrain as well as entry points to the Sella Ronda and Great War circuits, is around four minutes by car. The main lift hub, which connects to the Marmolada glacier and the broader Dolomiti Superski area, lies a little further through the village. For those who prefer to skip the road entirely, the property's private ski lift and off-piste access allow confident skiers to reach the ski area directly. Arabba's bars and restaurants are easily reached on foot for evenings off the mountain.

The thrilling, steep heart of the Dolomites' legendary Sella Ronda.
Arabba is a highly regarded, traditional Ladin village nestled at 1,602m in the heart of the Italian Dolomites. Unlike some of its more glitzy neighbors, Arabba prioritizes serious skiing, offering some of the most challenging and snow-sure pistes in the Sella Ronda circuit. Its north-facing slopes on Porta Vescovo are famous for their steep, exhilarating reds and blacks that hold excellent snow throughout the entire season. Directly connected to the Marmolada glacier—the highest peak in the Dolomites at 3,269m—Arabba gives skiers access to breathtaking long descents, including the famous 12km 'La Bellunese' run. The village itself retains a quiet, rustic charm with cozy mountain huts, authentic Italian dining, and a laid-back atmosphere, making it a haven for dedicated winter sports enthusiasts who value terrain over vibrant nightlife.
Arabba offers the most demanding terrain on the Sella Ronda, with steep, icy north-facing slopes that thrill advanced skiers. Beginners and intermediates can enjoy the sunnier slopes towards the Alta Badia border, or embark on the legendary 500km connected Sella Ronda circuit directly from the village.
A UNESCO World Heritage site known for dramatic limestone peaks and a massive interconnected lift network spanning 1,200km of pistes.
Famous north-facing slopes featuring steep, perfectly groomed red and black runs that hold the best snow in the valley.
The 'Queen of the Dolomites', home to a magnificent, leg-burning 12km descent from Punta Rocca at 3,269m down to Malga Ciapela.
Sunny, south-facing slopes offering excellent cruising and the main gateway to the Sella Ronda in the clockwise direction.
Rolling, scenic blue and red runs with fantastic panoramic views over the surrounding Sella massif.
