Chalet d'Adrien is a 29-room boutique hotel in Verbier, one minute's walk from the Savoleyres lift station. Rooms range from compact Attic Rooms of around 20sqm with king beds and en suite bathrooms, through to a 120sqm two-bedroom apartment with a fireplace and south-facing balcony overlooking the Alps. The property operates two distinct restaurants: La Table d'Adrien, which holds one Michelin star and 16 Gault Millau points and serves Mediterranean dishes using local artisan produce, and Le Grenier, which focuses on traditional Alpine fare including fondue and raclette made with cheeses from Bruson and the Val de Bagnes. The south-facing terrace serves Italian specialities and grilled food at lunch, and doubles as a lounge bar in the evening. Le Spa du Chalet by Nuxe offers a hammam, Jacuzzi, sauna, swimming pool with mountain views, and a fitness room where personal training can be arranged with the in-house coach. The Adrien's Bar provides a quieter setting for drinks beside an open fireplace.
