Positioned in the centre of Courchevel 1300 (Le Praz), the chalet is 200 metres from the Praz Gondola, which connects directly to Courchevel 1850 and runs until 11:30pm — making evening dining in the upper village straightforward. Adjacent to the gondola, the Forêt chairlift opens up the slopes towards La Tania. Le Praz itself is a quieter, more traditional corner of the Courchevel valley, but it is far from sparse: the Bistrot du Praz, one of the area's better-regarded restaurants, is within walking distance. A driver service is available on request for transfers between Courchevel's villages, and the chalet's ski-in/ski-out access means the morning commute to the Three Valleys network is as short as it gets.

Authentic Savoyard charm with direct access to the world's largest linked ski area.
Courchevel 1300, widely known as Courchevel Le Praz, is the most traditional and authentic village within the famed Courchevel resort. Characterized by its narrow, winding streets, classic wooden chalets, and a stunning alpine lake, Le Praz offers a peaceful and picturesque alternative to the glitz and glamour of its higher-altitude neighbors. The village is also famously home to the Olympic ski jumping hills used in the 1992 Albertville Winter Games. Despite its tranquil atmosphere, Le Praz is a powerhouse when it comes to ski access. The modern Alpinium center features a high-speed gondola that whisks skiers directly to Courchevel 1850 in just under six minutes, as well as a fast chairlift connecting to the wider La Tania and Meribel sectors. At the end of the day, skiers can enjoy some of the best tree-lined runs in the Alps back down to the village. Offering world-class skiing combined with top-tier gastronomy—including Michelin-starred dining—Le Praz appeals to families, couples, and dedicated skiers who appreciate traditional mountain culture without sacrificing access to the legendary 600km of pistes of the Les Trois Vallées.
Courchevel Le Praz is renowned for its spectacular tree-lined skiing, which provides crucial visibility during heavy snow days. The local pistes include rolling intermediate cruisers and world-class steep descents, while the state-of-the-art lifts offer immediate access to the high-alpine bowls and endless groomed terrain of the Three Valleys.
The largest interconnected ski area in the world, spanning multiple valleys with 600km of diverse runs.
A thrilling, steeply pitched black piste built for the 2023 Alpine World Ski Championships that runs straight down into Le Praz.
A classic, challenging black run through the forest that holds excellent snow and offers a fast route back to the village.
The highest point of the Courchevel valley, offering access to steep red runs and the notoriously challenging Grand Couloir.
A wonderful, rolling blue piste through the snow-ghosted pine trees down toward the neighboring village of La Tania.
