Chalet Kapa sits on the lower slopes of the Pleney mountain, placing guests within a ten-minute walk of two separate lift systems. The Pleney lift, nine minutes on foot, opens up the Morzine and Les Gets ski area, while the Super Morzine lift — eleven minutes away — connects directly to Avoriaz and the wider Portes du Soleil circuit. The village centre is a five-minute walk, with bars and restaurants closer still. For those who prefer not to walk, a free ski bus stops directly outside the chalet and serves all major lift stations in town, making car-free mornings entirely practical. Parking for three vehicles is available on site for those driving from Geneva or Lyon.
