Chalet Melodie sits in the heart of Morzine, with the Super Morzine gondola reachable in under ten minutes on foot via a flat 550-metre walk — no uphill scramble required. The Pléney gondola, which opens up a different section of the Morzine ski area, is accessible on the opposite side of the village. Both provide direct entry into the wider Portes du Soleil circuit, one of the largest linked ski areas in the world. The village centre — with its supermarkets, restaurants, bars, and cafés — is within a one-minute walk, which makes self-catering genuinely straightforward. The Parc des Dérêches multi-sports complex is also nearby, giving non-skiers a concrete reason to be here. For arrivals by car, Geneva Airport is the most convenient gateway.
