Creekside is the original base area of Whistler Mountain and remains one of the most convenient departure points on the mountain. From the chalet, it is a two-minute walk to the Creekside base, where ski hire, ski school, restaurants, shops, and a supermarket are all on hand. The gondola is accessible in roughly one minute via a short walk down the road and across the access bridge. At the end of the ski day, guests can return to the same drop-off point via the Olympic Dave Murray Downhill black run or the Lower Franz's blue run. The compact, walkable nature of Creekside means less time in transit and more time on the mountain — a meaningful advantage over properties that require a bus into the village.
