Chalet Tosca is a four-level self-catered chalet on the Chavannes side of Les Gets, sleeping 12 guests plus 2 children. Five principal bedrooms sleep 12 guests, while a separate sofa bedroom has a pull-out trundle bed for two children. The chalet combines a peaceful mountainside setting and uninterrupted Mont Chéry views with practical ski access: the Bruyère piste is around six minutes away on foot, the Folliets du Golf chairlift is around three minutes by car and Les Gets centre is around four minutes by car.
The open-plan lounge, kitchen and dining area occupies Level Three, with floor-to-ceiling windows, a wood-burning stove, two seating areas and a dining table for 14. A home cinema, sauna and shower wellness area sit on Level One, while the large garden includes an outdoor hot tub, barbecue, firepit, pétanque court and sundowner dining area. The master suite occupies Level Four and has a flexible super-king/twin bed, freestanding bathtub, en-suite shower room and summer air conditioning.
The Layout
The chalet is arranged over four levels. Level One contains the home cinema, sauna and shower wellness area, laundry room and a separate WC, plus Bedrooms 4 and 5, both en-suite double/twin rooms with garden and hot-tub access. Level Two contains the entrance, ski and boot room, Bedroom 2 with an en-suite shower room, Bedroom 3/bunk room with four single beds and an en-suite bathroom, a separate WC and the sofa bedroom with a pull-out trundle bed. Level Three contains the open-plan lounge, kitchen and dining area. Level Four is devoted to the master suite with a freestanding bathtub and en-suite shower room.

Chalet Tosca is on Chemin des Lanchettes, on the Chavannes side of Les Gets. The Bruyère piste is around a six-minute walk away in all conditions. Télésiège des Folliets du Golf is around three minutes by car; Les Gets centre, Téléski du Stade and the Chavannes Express are around four minutes by car; and the Mont-Chéry lift and Sources du Chéry spa are around five minutes by car. Lac des Écoles and Alta Lumina are around 10–15 minutes away on foot in summer. An optional on-call 24-hour resort driver service is available in winter at extra cost.
