The chalet spans six levels. Level 1 contains the main entrance, lobby and ski and boot room with heated boot warmers. Level 2 contains the master suite and the four-double-bed bunk room, both en-suite, with access to the large deck. Level 3 contains three en-suite bedrooms sharing a balcony, plus the wellness area with sauna, shower and outdoor hot tub access. Level 4 contains the open-plan kitchen, dining and living area and a separate TV area. Level 5 contains an en-suite super-king bedroom with a balcony and freestanding bath. Level 6 contains the kids' den; a separate WC is at the bottom of its staircase.

The wellness area links an indoor sauna and shower with an outdoor hot tub overlooking the valley.

Up to six additional guests can be accommodated on request: four by sharing the double beds in the bunk room and two children in the top-level kids' den. The den has limited headroom and storage, a separate WC at the bottom of the staircase, and no private bathroom.

The chalet is on the sunny side of Morzine, just above the road linking Morzine with Montriond. Montriond's restaurants and shop are around an eight-minute walk away, while Morzine centre is around a 15-minute walk. In summer, the nearby Dérêches River Walk leads towards the town's swimming pools and the Super Morzine lift. Another route follows the road for around 10–15 minutes to the suspension bridge and onward to the town's bars and restaurants. In winter, a 24-hour driver service is included for journeys around Morzine and Les Gets.
