Chalet Xanadu is a six-bedroom chalet on the sunny side of Morzine, above the road linking the town with Montriond. Its standard occupancy is 14 guests, with space for up to six additional guests on request in the four-double-bed bunk room and top-level kids' den.
The chalet is arranged across six levels. Five super-king bedrooms and the bunk room each have en-suite facilities. The open-plan lounge, dining area and kitchen look across the Morzine valley, while a separate TV area and kids' den give different generations their own space.
The wellness area combines an indoor sauna and shower with direct access to the outdoor hot tub. A ski and boot room with heated boot warmers, six private parking spaces and a storage garage cover the practical details. The chalet is on the sunny side of Morzine, just above the road linking Morzine with Montriond. Montriond's restaurants and shop are around an eight-minute walk away, while Morzine centre is around a 15-minute walk. In summer, the nearby Dérêches River Walk leads towards the town's swimming pools and the Super Morzine lift. Another route follows the road for around 10–15 minutes to the suspension bridge and onward to the town's bars and restaurants. In winter, a 24-hour driver service is included for journeys around Morzine and Les Gets.
