Experimental Chalet is a 39-room hotel in central Verbier, redesigned by architect and interior designer Fabrizio Casiraghi from the former Nevai Hotel. The result is a considered mix of contemporary interiors and vintage alpine character. Rooms range from 18sqm Classic Rooms to a 60sqm Suite Panorama with three private terraces, a Jacuzzi, and fireplace. The hotel's restaurant centres on Alpine produce — cheese, local meats, seasonal vegetables — served beside an open fire, while the first-floor cocktail bar draws on the Experimental Cocktail Club's repertoire. Downstairs, the Farm Club has anchored Verbier's après-ski scene for over 50 years. The ground-floor spa offers three treatment rooms, a hammam, sauna, and solarium with Jacuzzi, with all treatments and products supplied by French skin specialist Biologique Recherche. A complimentary shuttle connects guests to the Médran gondola. The hotel suits both dedicated skiers and those whose priorities begin once the boots come off.
