The K2 Residence sits 400 metres from the Perrières Express chairlift — roughly a five-minute walk — giving direct access into the Portes du Soleil ski area from the moment you step outside. The return is equally straightforward: the blue Vorosses piste brings you back to the lift base at the end of the day. Les Gets village centre, with its main Chavannes gondola connecting to the Morzine ski area, is a three-minute drive or 15-minute walk, and offers restaurants, bars, and shops along the high street, as well as a dedicated beginner zone. A free shuttle bus stops 450 metres from the building, making car-free access to the centre entirely feasible. Non-skiers will also find the 4 Saisons Luge run nearby.
